Course Introduction
FA Learning's first online qualification covering the key elements of fitness offers great insight and sound advice on fitness for football.
The course is now available to all and offers a great introduction in to the fitness practices required to get the most out of all players at all levels of the game. Working alongside a coach and fitness expert, you are guided through the course to ensure you maximise your learning and understanding to help you assist when back out on the pitch.
A key element of the game, improved fitness can help maximise a players impact on the game from the first until the last minute.
The course also promotes healthy lifestyles, prevention of injuries through proper stretching as well as how to warm up and cool down.
